Inese Purmale, MBA, PRINCE2®, and Agile certified, has extensive experience in project and program management across various sectors, including government, public service, and consulting. Currently serving as Senior ICT Program & Project Manager at Frontex since November 2017, Inese has participated in significant EU transformation initiatives. Previous roles include Delivery & Program Manager at Accenture, where Inese managed project delivery efficiency transformations, and Senior IT Project Manager at the European Securities and Markets Authority, where Inese introduced a project management methodology. Inese's career also includes positions as Project Manager at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control and Project Management Director at Tilde, Ltd., as well as extensive consulting roles at Hewlett-Packard, Deloitte & Touche Baltics, and UNDP. Inese holds advanced degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration, alongside a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics, and is pursuing further education in Psychedelics and Transpersonal Psychology.
