Dimitra Tsilfidis has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Beginning in 1999, Tsilfidis worked at Sears Logistics Services, Inc., where they held various management positions, including District Delivery Manager and Field Support Manager. In 2007, they moved to Sears Home Services as a Project Manager for Business Integration.

From 2008 to 2014, Tsilfidis joined Sears Holdings Corporation, initially as Manager of Customer Contact Channels and later as Senior Manager of Customer Contact Channels. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing call center processes, implementing process improvements, and driving revenue growth through CRM implementation and process refinements.

Tsilfidis then transitioned to Sears Home Services, where they served as a Product Manager for Service Contracts, followed by a role as Manager of Marketing and Customer Segmentation for Service Contracts. From 2016 to 2020, they held the position of Product Manager for Home Warranty.

In 2020, Tsilfidis joined Terminix as a Manager of Product Management, where they were responsible for the product marketing cycle and revenue generation for the Termite Control and Home Services category lines.

Currently, Tsilfidis holds the position of Senior Product Manager at Frontdoor, Inc., since December 2021. In this role, they own the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for Appliance Purchasing, with a focus on improving the quality of the homeowner's experience.

Throughout their career, Tsilfidis has demonstrated expertise in product management, marketing, customer segmentation, and process improvement, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction in various industries.

Dimitra Tsilfidis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Purdue Global, which they completed from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Penn State University from 1993 to 1997 and completed over 100 credits towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus on Criminal Justice. In addition to their education, Dimitra has obtained certifications such as being on the Chancellor's List for the October 2019 term at Purdue University Global and earning the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2018.
