Shelby L. Potts currently serves as the Senior Director of Admissions, Recruitment, and Orientation at Front Range Community College, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Potts worked at the College of Southern Maryland from August 2014 to September 2023, where roles included Director of Admissions and Assistant Director of Admissions - Recruitment, overseeing recruitment initiatives and leading teams in promoting the college's programs. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director for the Southern Maryland College Access Network, implementing college access programs for underrepresented students, and as a Pre-College Advisor, achieving significant college matriculation rates. Potts began a career at Regis University, managing budgets and technology in the Office of New Ventures. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Management with a Marketing Concentration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from Regis University.
