Danielle L. Hicks, Ph.D., serves as the President and Owner of Leadership Science Institute, LLC, since September 2013, a company focused on assessing, training, and coaching for individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. In addition, Danielle holds adjunct professor positions at Regis University and Front Range Community College since January 2020 and January 2019, respectively. Previously, Danielle served in the United States Air Force from March 1995 to March 2007 as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of Base Supply, specializing in logistics, training, and management. Danielle obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master's degree in Psychology from Capella University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Liberty University, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
