Jessica McCracken has a diverse work experience in the creative arts and nonprofit sectors. From 2005 to present, they have held the role of Artistic Director at Trash Mash-Up, where they have likely been involved in artistic and creative programming. Jessica also worked at the Institute on Aging from 2007 to 2017, first as a Program Manager for the Center for Elders and Youth in the Arts, and then as the Director of Social Day Programs. In these roles, they managed staff and implemented creative adult daycare programming, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and budget expectations. Since 2017, Jessica has been the Director of Creative Spark at Front Porch, where they drafted the model for Creative Spark based on their experience at Ruth's Table, an intergenerational nonprofit arts space. Through Creative Spark, they seek to energize staff and inspire new engagement methods.
Jessica McCracken obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Non-Profit Arts Management from San Francisco State University between 2003 and 2006. Earlier, in 2000 to 2001, they earned a Certificate in Community Based, Actor Created Theatre of Place from Dell' Arte International School of Physical Theatre.
