Shan L. has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2014, Shan worked as a Junior Art Director at ACM Landholdings, Inc., where they were responsible for conceptualizing marketing collateral, identifying relevant events, and strategizing the company's marketing direction.

In 2016, Shan joined CNN Philippines as a News Graphics Artist, where they created graphics for news broadcasts. They stayed with the company until 2018.

Shan then moved on to work at Lucasfilm in 2019 as a Visual Effects Artist. They worked on visual effects projects until 2020.

In 2013, Shan joined Marvel Studios as a Visual Effects Artist. They worked on visual effects projects for several years until 2021.

In 2021, Shan took on the role of Production Head at Velocity Made Good (VMG). Their responsibilities included ensuring the quality of work delivered to clients, contributing to project conceptualization, and training and mentoring the team in motion graphic design and 3D animation.

From 2018 to 2022, Shan worked at San Miguel Corporation, initially as a Multimedia Designer and later as a Public Relations Officer. They were responsible for 3D modeling, rendering, marketing analysis, research, and strategy for various infrastructure projects. They also conceptualized the re-branding of Treats under Petron, another subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation.

Currently, Shan is working at FROM, The Digital Transformation Agency as a Senior Multimedia Designer, a position they have held since 2021.

Overall, Shan has gained expertise in multimedia design, visual effects, art direction, and public relations throughout their career.

Shan L. is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in History of Art and Visual Media at the University of Oxford, starting in 2021. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2023, they attended De La Salle University, where they studied Marketing Communications to complete another Master's Degree. Their undergraduate education was obtained from Mapúa University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts and Sciences from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Shan L. has also obtained several certifications. These include Lean Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in April 2023, as well as various certifications earned from LinkedIn in August 2022, such as Avoiding New Manager Mistakes, Become a Project Management Entrepreneur, Blender 2.83 Essential Training, Cert Prep: Adobe Certified Associate - Photoshop, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, How Design Makes Us Think, How to Develop your Career Plan, and Photoshop 2021 Essential Training: The Basics.
