Tim Scott has worked in the tech industry since 1998. Tim'sfirst role was as a Senior Developer II at Capsher Technology, where they served as the project lead on 12 projects for teams of up to 7 developers. In 2013, they moved to HTRI, where they were promoted to Group Lead, Software Development and then Manager, Software Development and Coordinator, Software Development. In 2019, they joined Frogslayer as the Head of Product Strategy & Design, where they work with clients during the pre-engagement process to learn the needs of their business and users, and crafts a product strategy for the team to deliver success. Tim also built out a product strategy and design practice group that included a user research lead, business analyst, and UI and UX designers. In their previous role, they served as the Engagement Manager for a multidisciplinary 40-person project team. Tim also held the role of Senior Manager and Senior Software Development Engineer.

Tim Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University in 1998. Tim also holds a UX Certified certification from the Nielsen Norman Group.
