Thomas Supercinski has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2004. In 2004, they worked as a Programmer at Hometown Computing. In 2005, they were the Owner of Vinebranch Ventures. In 2006, they worked as a Web Developer at The Association of Former Students. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at Capsher Technology, first as a Senior Software Developer I (Engineering Manager) and then as a Software Developer II (Tech Lead). In 2016, they were an Advisor at SAFE 2 SAVE. Since 2017, they have been at Frogslayer, where they have held the roles of Head of Solution Consulting, Head Of Engineering, Senior Solution Architect, and Senior Software Developer.

Thomas Supercinski holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Computer Science from the same institution. Thomas has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn, Coursera, and Scrum.org, including Leadership Foundations: Leadership Styles and Models (2022), Navigating Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) at Work (2022), How to Manage a Remote Team (2020), and Professional Scrum Master I (2018).
