Thomas Ritter has extensive experience in operations management and leadership within the public and sports sectors. Since November 2017, Thomas has served as the Operations Department Manager at Frogn kommune, overseeing Bølgen bad og aktivitetssenter and the Drøbak Frogn Idrettsarena KF. Prior roles include Team Leader at Bølgen bad & aktivitetssenter and various security positions at Stortingets administrasjon, including Security Consultant and Security Officer at the Norwegian Parliament. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Teacher of Physical Education and Sports from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences, supplemented by internships and summer roles focused on teaching and sports. Other experiences include roles in fire inspection and logistics management.
