Prior experience includes a role as States Account Manager at YTL Communications Sdn Bhd and Executive Golf Operation at The Mines Resort And Golf Club, overseeing golf operations. Arzuan's background also features leadership as a Tour Leader at Mega Watersports and project management expertise at ALF System Sdn Bhd, specializing in laboratory renovations and cleanroom projects. Academic credentials include a diploma in Banking from Universiti Teknologi MARA and Uitm Segamat, completed in 1997.
