Maja Gruszynski is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the software industry. Currently serving as Technology Director at frog design since 2010, Maja previously held significant roles at Eastman Kodak from 1994 to 2009, including Director of R&D, where leadership of a 90-member team led to the delivery of an alpha version of a new KodakGallery. Maja's earlier positions at Kodak encompassed General Manager, Director of Engineering, Senior Software Development Manager, and Development Manager/Senior Software Engineer, highlighting expertise in software commercialization, cross-functional team leadership, and product development for Kodak EasyShare and imaging software. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Engineering at Atex. Maja holds an MBA from Babson College and an M.S. in Computer Science from Warsaw University.
