Gina Kinsey serves as the Executive Director of Quality, Patient Safety, and Performance Improvement at Froedtert Health since February 2022, following a tenure as Director of Quality Management for Ascension Wisconsin from November 2016 to February 2022. Prior roles include Quality Outcomes Coordinator at Columbia St. Mary's, APN & PA Program Manager for the Children's Specialty Group at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and Private Duty Nurse at the Department of Health and Human Services. Gina's nursing career began at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, where various roles included Lead Pediatric Registered Nurse. Gina holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Systems Leadership from Marquette University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Saint Louis University.
