Wesley Trout, MBA, CSSBB, currently serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Program Manager at Fritz Winter North America, where responsibilities include overseeing customer satisfaction from RFQ through serial production. Prior to this role, Wesley held various positions at Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake, including Plant Manager, Project Manager, and Operations Manager, leading manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Experience also includes managing materials and lean manufacturing projects at Harman International and Lear Corporation, along with a Six Sigma Blackbelt certification. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from IWU National & Global.
