Tracey Collins is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in quality improvement and education within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Quality at Frisbie Memorial Hospital since June 2015, Tracey has led initiatives that resulted in a 5-star CMS quality rating for the hospital in both 2018 and 2019. In addition to this role, Tracey is an adjunct faculty member at the University of New Hampshire and Southern New Hampshire University, teaching advanced courses in healthcare technology, systems, and leadership. Tracey has also lectured at Granite State College and served in various leadership positions, including Chair of the NH Board of Nursing and Director of Clinical Support Services at York Hospital. An accomplished educator, Tracey holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Simmons University, a Master's in Nursing Administration from Duke University, and a Bachelor's in Nursing from Northeastern University.
