Steven Heilman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the actuarial and benefits administration field. Currently serving as the Director of Implementation and New Business at Fringe Benefit Group since August 2013, Steven previously held the position of Team Lead - Associate at Mercer from 2004 to July 2013, where responsibilities included leading a client service team for Health & Welfare administration. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Associate in the Actuarial Group at Ernst & Young (2003-2004) and Arthur Andersen (1999-2003), focusing on pension and health and welfare actuarial valuations, as well as providing technical support for HR consulting. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Insurance and Actuarial Science from Drake University, attended Kansas State University, and possesses a strong background in benefit administration audits and compliance.
