Alexandros Maniatis possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Group People & Culture Manager and HR Manager for West Europe at Frigoglass since June 2005. Key achievements include the development and implementation of the Frigoglass TREE of Values, the creation of the HR portal and Learning Management System, and significant enhancements in recruitment and performance management processes, including a full performance review completion rate increase. Prior roles at Frigoglass focused on resourcing, talent development, and establishing efficient HR systems. Alexandros began a career in sales management with pmp Disposables Ltd and co-founded Aboutnet Greece, achieving notable sales targets. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a degree in Administration Économique et Sociale from the Université d’Aix-Marseille.
