Naya Sam's work experience includes various roles at different companies. From September 2022 to the present, they have worked as a Partnerships Coordinator at Frieze. Prior to that, they worked at Queen Mary University of London Students' Union as a Barista from January 2020 until now, and as a Cafe Supervisor from August 2021 to September 2022. In 2021, they held roles as an Event Officer at Queen Mary Non Law Society from June 2021 to June 2022, as a Partnership Runner at Frieze in October 2021, as an Intern at INCISIVE LAW LLC in August 2021, and as a Marketing Intern at Frieze from June 2021 to August 2021. From June 2020 to June 2021, they served as the President of Queen Mary Angels Cheerleading. Naya also worked as a Waitress at iO Italian Osteria from September 2016 to September 2019.

Naya Sam completed their International Baccalaureate Diploma at the Canadian International School in Singapore in 2019. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Queen Mary University of London from 2019 to 2022.
