Stacey Zerban has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on senior living and long-term care. Stacey currently holds the position of Vice President of Health Services at Friendship Village STL since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Nursing Home Administrator and Administrator at Friendship Village Sunset Hills from September 2016 to November 2022. Stacey was also the CEO of Alexian Brothers Lansdowne Vlg from 2015 to 2016 and the Executive Director of The Quarters at Des Peres from 2011 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Regional Director of Business Development at Communicare Health from 2009 to 2010.

Stacey Zerban obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Missouri State University from 1993 to 1995.
