Kathy Francescon is a CPA and MBA with extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles across various industries. Prior to their time at Monsanto, Kathy held positions at Omnicare Inc., Magellan Health, Delmar Gardens Family, and EY. At EY, they worked as an Audit Manager.

Kathy Francescon, CPA, MBA received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 1982 to 1986. Kathy then pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Administration and Management, General from Northwest Missouri State University. In 1982, Kathy Francescon briefly attended Butler University - Lacy School of Business, although the degree and field of study obtained during that time are not specified.
