Malcolm Haynes serves as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Friends School of Baltimore since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership. Previously, Malcolm held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Vice President for Finance and Administration at Franklin & Marshall College from November 2020 to May 2023. Prior roles include Chief of Staff and Chief of Finance and Administration at the Baltimore City Health Department, Director of Budget and Financial Planning at Goucher College, and Strategic Change Manager for the City of Baltimore. Malcolm's early career included positions as Executive Budget Specialist for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Legislative Research Analyst with the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Budgeting and Financial Management from Penn State University, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and a high school diploma from Girard College.
