Anna Karnikova currently serves as the Chair of the Executive Committee of Friends of the Earth Europe and is a member of the Executive Committee, with previous roles including Director at Hnutí DUHA and Director and Campaigner at the Centre for Transport and Energy. Karnikova has extensive experience in various capacities, having held positions such as Director of the Department for Sustainable Development at the Government Office of the Czech Republic and Project Leader at the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. Educational achievements include an MSc with distinction in Environmental Policy and Regulation from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with a Master's degree in European Studies from Charles University and additional postgraduate studies in Gender Studies.
