James J. Fleming, Jr. M.Ed. has extensive experience in education and youth advocacy. James J. has worked as a Childhood Program Manager, Education Manager, Youth Advocate, and Mentoring Program Coordinator. James has also worked as a General Education Teacher and Security Counselor. With a Master of Arts in Urban Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, James is dedicated to supporting and mentoring at-risk youth to help them achieve academic and socio-emotional success.
