Anita Smith is a seasoned professional with a strong background in counseling and education. Currently serving as a Mission Counselor at Friends Network since August 2018, Anita previously worked as a Christian Therapist at WLCFS from 2012 to August 2018. Additionally, Anita contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at Bethany Lutheran College from 2011 to August 2018. Educationally, Anita holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Student Personnel from Minnesota State University, Mankato, obtained between 2003 and 2006, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Concordia University Chicago, earned from 1981 to 1984.
