Byron Jones is an experienced Computer/Network Support Technician with a robust background in IT support and administration. Since October 2004, Byron has been employed at Friendly Computers, where responsibilities include installing, setting up, and maintaining computer networks and providing troubleshooting for related issues. Previous roles include serving as Helpdesk/Production Control Team Lead at Innotrac Corporation from January 2001 to September 2004, where Byron managed workstations and network troubleshooting, and as Network Administrator and Technology Associate at United Way of Northern Nevada from September 1994 to January 2001, focusing on network administration and technical support.
