Manish Kumar is an experienced professional in the field of technology and client services. Currently serving as a Client Service Manager and previously as an Operations Technician at Friend MTS since July 2016, Manish has developed expertise in client relations and operations management. Manish holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton, where a final year project focused on smart home technology was completed. Additional experience includes working as a Photo Editor at High Profile from September 2013 to February 2014, which involved enhancing product imagery for a new website, and an assistant teaching role in the IT department at George Dixon International School in 2009 that fostered skills in educational support and IT problem-solving.
