Donald Thomas II is an experienced professional in the HVAC and technical support fields, currently serving as Technical Support Center Manager at Friedrich Air Conditioning since March 2014, following roles as Senior Technical Support Specialist and Regional Technical Manager. Previous experience includes working as a Certified Refrigeration Tech at Hussmann Corp and serving in the United States Air Force as an HVAC/r Tech.
