Mac Wilhelm Mwengi has extensive experience in recruitment, specializing in various fields including engineering and corporate recruitment. Currently serving at The Friedkin Group since May 2013 in multiple senior roles, Mac focuses on sourcing and screening candidates to efficiently fill job requisitions. Previous roles include Sr. Engineering Recruiter at LyondellBasell, where Mac recruited for diverse engineering positions and organized job fairs. Mac also worked as a Recruiter at RecruitingModeInc., providing staffing services in engineering, IT, HR, and accounting. Earlier experience includes technical support roles at Altep, Inc. and Vinson & Elkins, as well as an internship at ConocoPhillips, where database management was a key responsibility.
