Garrett Morrison has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Garrett is currently the Head of Architecture Content at Fried Egg Golf, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Editor at the same company from June 2019 to December 2022. Before joining Fried Egg Golf, Garrett worked as an English Teacher and Aquatics Coach at Stevenson School from August 2014 to June 2019. Garrett also served as an Instructor and Graduate Teaching Assistant in the English Department at Northwestern University from September 2009 to August 2014. Additionally, Garrett worked as a Graduate Teaching Fellow and Teaching Consultant at the Searle Center for Advancing Learning and Teaching at Northwestern University from June 2012 to June 2014. In their earlier years, they gained experience as a Tutor for Grades 6-12 at One Smart Kid, an Editorial Assistant at ZYZZYVA magazine, and an Aquatics Coach at Presidio YMCA. Garrett also worked as a Long-Term Substitute English Teacher and Aquatics Coach at Buena High School from September 2006 to June 2007.

Garrett Morrison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Yale University, acquired between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, they earned a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Northwestern University, which they completed in 2010.
