Kelsey Maxwell, PHR, CSP has a range of work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Kelsey started their career as a Children's Ministry Intern at First Baptist Church Greensboro, where they organized curriculum, created informational bulletin boards, and planned and led various events. Kelsey then worked as an Executive Assistant at Triple Threat Performing Arts Academy before becoming a Dance Instructor at Triple Threat Performing Arts Academy and Nan's School of Dance. In 2013, Kelsey served as a Student Mail Center Lead Assistant at Western Carolina University. Kelsey then joined Graham Personnel Services in 2014, where they held roles such as IT Recruiting Assistant, Professional Division Recruiter, and IT/Professional Recruiter. During their time at Graham Personnel Services, they performed various administrative duties, drafted memos and emails, prescreened candidates, and contributed to the social media marketing efforts. Since 2017, Kelsey has been with Friday Services, initially serving as a Staffing Generalist before being promoted to the role of Director of Recruitment & Client Relations.

Kelsey Maxwell, PHR, CSP, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Western Carolina University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In April 2017, Kelsey obtained the CSP certification from the American Staffing Association. Kelsey further enhanced their expertise by acquiring the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in August 2022. Continuing their commitment to personal and professional development, Kelsey acquired the Adult Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in September 2023.
