Kelly Newberg is an experienced human resources professional with extensive expertise in managing HR policies and programs. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP since February 2018, Newberg previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Arkansas Specialty Orthopaedics from April 2001 to February 2018, focusing on organizational planning, employment forecasting, and employee relations. Earlier in their career, Newberg worked as the HR/Investor Relations Manager at Avert, Inc., a publicly traded pre-employment screening company, from April 1995 to November 2000. Newberg holds a Master of Education in Human Resources Development from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Spanish from the University of Central Arkansas.
