Tayná Soares has worked in a variety of roles since 2019. Tayná began their career as an Extensionista Proex at the Universidade Estadual da Paraíba in 2019. In 2020, they moved on to become an Assessora de mídia at Curso Conexão Objetivo. In 2022, they began working as an Administrative Assistant at Igreja Casa Nova, and also began working as an Inside Sales at Frexco.

Tayná Soares is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Relations at the Universidade Estadual da Paraíba, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2022. In 2022, they will also complete a Nanodegree in Emotional Intelligence and Productivity and Time Management from Escola Conquer. Additionally, they are taking a course in Grammar, Conversation, and Writing at the Universidad de Salamanca. Soares has also obtained several certifications, including Formando Campeões: Liderança from Escola Conquer, Efficient Networking from Google, Liderança, Capacidade de Aprender e Resiliência from PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, XII Congreso de Investigación para la Paz from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH), Proficiency Testing from EF Standard English Test (EF SET), Modelo Universitário de Diplomacia (MUNDI) - Simula RI. from MUNDI UEPB, and Español para Viajes from Universidade Estadual da Paraíba.
