Dimitri Stroumpoulis, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dimitri started their career as an intern at Hellenic Petroleum in 2000. Dimitri then moved on to Allergan in 2006, where they held various positions, including Senior Scientist in R&D, Manager of Product Development, and Senior Manager of Product Development. Dimitri was responsible for leading global teams for the development of dermal fillers, coordinating research activities for the development of novel implants for breast reconstruction and augmentation and obesity intervention devices, and generating extensive intellectual property. In 2015, Dimitri joined NuSil Technology, LLC as the Senior Manager of R&D. Since 2016, they have been the Head of Product Development for ENT at Freudenberg Medical.

Dimitri Stroumpoulis, PhD obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens in 2001. Dimitri then pursued their higher education at UC Santa Barbara, where they obtained their PhD in Chemical Engineering in 2006. Additionally, they have acquired certifications such as "Quality System: Requirements and Industry Practice" from AAMI in 2013 and "Finance for the Non-Financial Manager" from UCLA in 2010.
