Iida Ravantti has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they are currently working as a People Operations Manager for Freska, where their main responsibilities include worker onboarding, one-to-one/performance discussions, daily management, offboarding and other HR related tasks. Iida also acts as a line manager and immediate supervisor for cleaners. Prior to this role, they worked as an Operations Coordinator for Freska, a Salesperson for Alko Oy in 2016, a Waitress for HOK-Elanto in 2013, and a Barista for Robert's Coffee in 2012. Before that, they worked as a Cleaner for Esatesk Oy in 2007, a family company since 1990.

Iida Ravantti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Laurea University of Applied Sciences between 2015 and 2018.
