Vishnu Parimi is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in product management and software engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product for GenAI Initiatives and IT Operations at Freshworks, Vishnu has previously held significant roles at Amazon Web Services as Principal Product Manager for AWS AI and at Amazon, where substantial contributions included the development of a successful advertising platform that generated over $200M in incremental revenue. Other notable positions include Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, where foundational infrastructure for Azure was built, and various roles at prestigious companies such as UBS Investment Bank, Oracle, and Verizon. Vishnu holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, and a BTech in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad.
