Vikram Athreya is a Customer Success Manager at Freshworks with previous experience in customer success roles at Microsoft, focusing on Azure DevOps and Windows OS. Vikram also served as a CSS Intern at Microsoft. In academic pursuits, Vikram earned a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy between 2015 and 2019 and attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2012 to 2015, while also holding the position of Chairman at DAKSH-SASTRA University.
