Sathish Macherla is a seasoned professional in product support management with experience at Freshworks since June 2016, currently serving as Product Support Manager overseeing a team of Technical Account Managers and enhancing customer support processes through automation. Previously, Sathish held roles as Customer Support Lead, where a new technical team was established to improve response time and customer satisfaction, and as Technical Account Manager, demonstrating strong technical skills and customer service capabilities. Prior to Freshworks, Sathish worked as a Senior Analyst at HCL Technologies Ltd, a Technical Support Engineer at Sitel India Ltd, and a Technical Consultant at Sutherland. Sathish holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Prathyusha Institute of Technology and Management, completed in 2013.
