Laura Sofie Wang Christiansen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Freshworks since January 2021, Laura earned the distinction of President's Club Winner for Exceptional Performance in 2023. Previous roles at Freshworks include Interim Account Manager and Senior Business Development Manager & Deputy Team Lead, where Laura was recognized as MVP for outstanding performance in 2021. Prior to Freshworks, Laura worked at Skinetworks in roles focused on production and as an onsite representative. Educational qualifications include dual degrees in International Business Administration and Management from Syddansk Universitet and Europa-Universität Flensburg, along with an Erasmus semester at Universidad Loyola.
