Dhanya Ramaswamy is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in developing and managing mobile applications and telephony products. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Freshworks since May 2018, Dhanya handles the agent experience for tickets and telephony across web and mobile platforms while managing the in-house telephony product, Freshcaller. Previous roles at Freshworks include Senior Product Manager, where Dhanya managed mobile apps for Freshdesk, Freshchat, and Freshcaller, and Product Manager, focusing on mobile experiences for Freshdesk's Field Service Management. Earlier experience at Tata Consultancy Services involved managing the "Voice of the Customer" segment for Bestbuy's retail mobile app, as well as demonstrating innovative solutions and collaborating with startups as an Innovation Consultant. Dhanya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
