Thomas Haelle has extensive experience in project management and maintenance management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and previously as an Operations & Technology Specialist at Freshpet since September 2008. Prior to Freshpet, Thomas held the position of Maintenance Manager at Cargill from 2005 to 2008 and at Moyer Packing Co from 1996 to 2005. Thomas's career began at Armstrong World Industries, where a Maintenance Manager role was held from 1980 to 1996. Thomas holds the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) credential.
