Szymon Zwolanowski is an experienced leader in engineering and project management, currently serving as Head of Engineering at Fresha since January 2018, having previously held positions as Engineering Manager and Agile Delivery Lead. Prior to Fresha, Szymon worked at Mobica from March 2016 to December 2017 as a Project Manager, where responsibilities included conducting Scrum trainings and acting as a Scrum consultant for approximately 200 attendees in Poland and the UK. Szymon also managed projects and served as the Atlassian Product Owner. Earlier career experiences include various roles at Samsung R&D Institute Poland, starting as a Software Quality Assurance Tester and advancing to Junior Project Manager and Part Leader, overseeing teams and managing software delivery for digital TV decoders. Szymon holds a degree from Poznan University of Economics and Business, obtained from 2007 to 2012.
