Susan Tomihiro has over 25 years of work experience in various industries. Susan began their career in 1993 as a Biostatistics Data Analyst at Bayer Canada. In 1996, they moved to Canada Trust as a Database Marketing Analyst. After that, they joined Canadian Airlines in 1997 as a Project Manager, YYZ and Corporate Real Estate and a Sales Planning Analyst. In 2002, they worked as a Manager, Measurement & Analysis at Carlson Marketing Group. From 2003 to 2008, they were a Marketing Manager, Director, Corporate Strategy and Corporate Strategy Manager at Air Canada Vacations. In 2008, they joined the Canadian Tourism Commission as a Market Research & Strategy Management, conducting market research studies in Canada, U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America. In 2019, they became an Advisory Board Member at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Since 2015, they have been the Director of Product at Fresh Tracks Canada Inc.
Susan Tomihiro attended the University of Waterloo from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Mathematics (BMath) degree with Honours in Statistics & Economics.
