Rory Dolan began their career in 2012 with a work placement at Ptarmigan Bell Pottinger. Rory then moved to Kanjo Ltd in 2013, where they worked as an Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, and Account Manager. In 2016, they joined Loans at Home as a Senior Marketing Executive and was promoted to Marketing and Communications Manager in the same year. In 2019, they took on the role of Interim Marketing Manager for UK & Northern Europe at Lectra. In 2020, Rory joined Fresh Thinking Capital as Head of Marketing and Fresh Thinking Advisory as Head of Marketing. In 2022, they moved to Fresh Thinking Property as Head of Marketing and Fresh Thinking Network as Head of Marketing.

Rory Dolan completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Leeds Trinity University from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Notre Dame College, Leeds from 2007 to 2009 where they studied English Language, Classics and Psychology. Rory also has two additional certifications: MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS TRAINING from The CPD Standards Office obtained in February 2018, and LinkedIn Marketing Strategy from LinkedIn obtained in March 2022.
