Kelsey Evans has extensive experience in program management and organizational development, currently serving as Projects Director at Fresh Start Women's Foundation since February 2019. In this role, Kelsey oversees the day-to-day operations of the Scholarship Programs and Girls Thriving Program, which provide educational opportunities to clients. Prior to this position, Kelsey worked at Playworks in various roles, including Site Coordinator and Program Coordinator, where the implementation of play-based programs in elementary schools was a focus. Earlier experience includes serving as Youth & Camp Director at the East Valley Jewish Community Center and as a Membership Experience Specialist and Girl Experience Associate at Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Arizona.
