Daisy Gray has been working in the customer success industry since 2021, when they began their role as Customer Success Team Lead at Fresh Relevance. Prior to this, they were employed at Maru/Matchbox from 2013 to 2021, where they held the roles of Operations Manager and Research Analyst.
Daisy Gray obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology from the University of Portsmouth between 2010 and 2013. In 2019, they completed the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training with PeopleCert. In 2021, they earned a Certified Digital Marketing Professional certification from the Digital Marketing Institute.
