Joshua Ashley has extensive experience in leadership and management across various roles. Since January 2014, Joshua has been the Owner/Operator of Fresh Coat, responsible for organizing the company, developing marketing plans, quoting clients, scheduling and supervising work, ensuring compliance with state requirements, and managing financial records. Prior to this, from October 2012 to January 2014, Joshua served as Finance Manager at Emmons Motor Company, where responsibilities included cultivating client relationships and developing sales strategies. Joshua's experience also includes a security role with Triple Canopy in Afghanistan and serving as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from December 2004 to December 2011, where responsibilities involved command and control of a squad during training and combat operations.
