Stefan Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and companies. Stefan started their career as a Press Spokesperson at Altana AG in 2001, where they worked until 2007. Stefan then joined Siemens as a Press Spokesperson and later became a Speechwriter until 2011.

Afterwards, Stefan worked at OSRAM as the Head of Media Relations and Strategic Communication from 2011 to 2018. Stefan then moved to Siemens Healthineers AG, where they served as the Head of Media Relations from 2018 to 2021.

Following their time at Siemens Healthineers, Stefan joined Brunswick Group as a Director from 2021 to 2023. Stefan then transitioned to Sandoz, where they held the position of Director of Crisis and Issues Communication from March 2023 to July 2023.
