Smriti Arya, PhD, is a Medical Information Scientist at Fresenius Medical Care Asia-Pacific, where responsibilities include providing medical information and support in the AP region, focusing on in-centre hemodialysis and home dialysis therapies. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Principal Scientist at ROHTO Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., managing stem cell research projects, and supervising research technicians. Smriti also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Rohto Advanced Research Hong Kong Limited, focusing on regenerative medicine and Mesenchymal Stem cells. As a PhD Researcher at The University of Hong Kong, Smriti developed an mRNA vaccine platform against cancer and infectious diseases, supported by extensive academic training in biochemistry and molecular biology from renowned institutions.
