Vianela Valerio has a diverse work experience. Vianela currently works at Fresco as a Human Resources Assistant since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Ministerio Público from November 2018 to March 2021 as a Coordinador administrativo. Their earlier experience includes working at Junta Regantes Mao from August 2007 to October 2018 as an Encargada de Cuentas por Cobrar. In this role, they managed accounts receivable, provided personalized customer service, and ensured timely follow-up on user accounts.

Vianela Valerio earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago UTESA, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Vianela then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the Universidad Abierta para Adultos, where they studied from 2014 to 2016.
