Jerry Cogen has worked in various roles in two companies. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Telephonics Corporation as a PM. Since 2007, they have been at Frequency Electronics, Inc., where they started as a Sr. Director Program Management and is currently the Vice President Program Operations.

Jerry Cogen has a strong educational background with degrees in multiple fields. Jerry received a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering - BE from Stony Brook University in 1977. Jerry then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Penn State University, completing it in 1979. Later, in 1986, they obtained an MBA from Hofstra University.
