Currently serving as Co-CEO of Staudinger Unternehmensgruppe and Senior Investment Manager at FREO Group S.A., Luisa has demonstrated leadership and strategic acumen in various roles. As Co-Founder of CrowdProtect Social gUG, Luisa focused on immediate crime prevention and support for crime victims, receiving accolades for innovative non-profit initiatives. Prior experience also includes management assistance at Staudinger GmbH & CO. KG and internships at Hines and BAUWERT Investment Group GmbH & Co.KG, where Luisa honed skills in project management, financial analysis, and market research. Luisa holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Cass Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Global Business Management from Regent's University London.
